Wirral Over 50s Swimmers are a fun, friendly group for anyone over 50, living in Wirral and needing exercise.

We swim every Friday from 9am - 11am at Calday Grange Swimming Pool.

​

You can either swim energetically or just take part in gentle exercise.

​

We also have three member's social events during the year which are great fun.
